(Prices may vary slightly depending on the location.) Your membership will automatically be renewed, unless you unsubscribe at the latest 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. A termination of the current membership before the end of the subscription period is not possible.
After the purchase you can disable the automatic extension in the settings of your iTunes account. You also have the option to manage your subscriptions after your purchase in the account settings.
